Company headquarters Weimar
The new headquarters of Euphoria Immobilien GmbH and Euphoria Hausverwaltung GmbH are located at Belvederer Allee 65 in the south of Weimar. Following the successful completion of the construction and renovation work, the company moved into the new office building in May 2018. Built in 1890, the villa has continuously changed its appearance over the past decades through various extensions and conversions.
Until 2016, the ensemble of buildings consisting of the villa and the subsequently added low-rise building housed Café Hainfels, which used to be a popular Weimar excursion destination. Following the acquisition of the property, the existing building was redesigned. The biggest challenge was to combine tradition and modernity. The planning focused on reconstructing the historic state of the villa and adding a contemporary extension. The retrofitted low-rise building was demolished due to its outdated condition and replaced by a minimalist low-rise building, which now houses a modern office complex with spacious lounges and communal areas. The cubature of the new building is based on the shape of the demolished part of the building. The architecture of the new office complex deliberately differs from the existing building and is clearly recognizable as an addition. The implementation is an exemplary demonstration of our expertise in the areas of new construction and refurbishment!
Headquarters Hildburghausen
Our company headquarters are located in the city center of Hildburghausen, on the centrally located market square. The listed building from the 16th century was destroyed by a major fire in 1975 and used as a residential and commercial building after reconstruction.
After the purchase, the property was extensively renovated. This resulted in the creation of modern office and commercial space.
