We take on the planning and implementation of all phases of project development. During the project initiation phase, we acquire attractive plots of land and properties and purchase them. In the conception phase, a careful market and location analysis is carried out, which forms the basis for the development of location-appropriate utilization concepts. We then take over the implementation of the developed concepts as well as the commissioning and supervision of the executing trades. In the project management phase, we monitor all relevant parameters, such as adherence to costs, deadlines and quality. Finally, we take over the project marketing and carry out the sale or letting of the properties.

We are particularly interested in preserving historically significant buildings. During the planning phase, a careful analysis of the building is carried out, on the basis of which the renovation concept is developed. After consultation with the relevant heritage authority, we plan the professional renovation measures and monitor their implementation.
